5 Dogs on the Beach

Aside

We’ve had visitors for the past couple of days, which means that since we are fostering Brooke Davis with our two boys, we had 5 dogs in the house. All perfectly behaved and not a hint of any problems.

Achilles is almost like a twin to Vulcan, only quite a bit larger, and Zeva is very clingy and interactive.

Our guys didn’t mind the company, since they get the sofas and nobody else does, so they can lie around and watch the others changing beds all the time.

Sage

We picked up Sage from the Levin kennels on our way home yesterday, she’s been delightful.

She’s very alert and very bright, interactive and friendly but lacks confidence and is very submissive – more so than most dogs we’ve seen.

She’s figured out the routine around here and follows us and the boys around, and is starting to chill just like they do.

Swiper

This our new foster, Swiper. We don’t know anything about him, except he’s quite young, never raced.

Very handsome young guy, extremely friendly and inquisitive, very trainable, which is good because he doesn’t know much. Very attentive.

Apprehensive about traffic, bikes and dogs approaching towards him – but very well behaved with other dogs. He’s quite pushy with our boys, luckily Vulcan and Raro are very tolerant.

He’s going to make a superb pet, and will be a lot of fun.
